As you've probably read among site news, F-15E.info was down for almost 3 months for technical and administrative reasons out of our reach. This resulted a situation where some of the SEF content got irrevocably destroyed. To be more precise, posts and user registrations made after 16th June, 2008 will be lost forever. To make things worse, posts and registrations made before this date cannot be restored very easily. First we have to restore a working copy of our forum engine on the site, then use some migration utilities to transfer data to our new forum engine. This process requires lots of experimenting and will take some time. We are working on it, however we cannot guarantee any deadline until which this old SEF content will be restored. Because of this undeterminate nature of the migration process, we decided to start the SEF with the new engine first - with a new, empty database. We hope, former content will be restored into it soon. The SEF with the new forum engine will be launched within a couple of weeks - there will be an official announcement among site news and updates. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding - we were/are experiencing quite hard times with F-15E.info and there is a lot of work to do with the site. We hope you will receive lots of updates in the following weeks and months. Until then enjoy reading the site and don't forget to register: your registrations will be valid for the SEF as well.
