composite loadout 2 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 2
I'm Neith, an F-15E Strike Eagle enthusiast from the Philippines.
I have a Tamiya 1/32 F-15E Strike Eagle that will be built as 89-0505 of the 336th FS. However with so many weapons in the kit, I settled for a composite loadout, a combination of GPS and laser guided munitions, using the GBU-10s and GBU-31s. Can someone help me on how to hang these ordnance on my Strike Eagle?
Furthermore are there any unusual loadouts using the kit's weapons?

Neith, welcome to F-15E.info!

We have lots of pages regarding ordnance layouts used in real life combat situations. Check it out in the 'Strike Eagle' menu under 'Weapons': loadout configurations.

thanks for the welcome...
I've searched it, but I can't find a combination of GBU-31 and GBU-10.
Was this combination ever used in combat operations? Any pics if possible?

I'm not saying this is conclusive evidence, but I have never seen GBU-10's and -31's loaded together. It is possible though, so if that is the way you want to load them, it's your model, and I say go for it.

If that's the case then, probably I would make the weapons detachable...that way I can change the loadout when proper weapons are available...

AGM-65: Capable, but has not been used operationally
MK-82: Snakeyes: No
AGM-84: Capable, not operationally as of yet. F-15K's have been seen carrying them though.
GBU-24: Yes, commonly used during Operation Allied Force, has also been used in OEF/OIF.
