The tailcode is a two letter code painted in huge black letters on the vertical tails of the aircraft. Tailcodes are generally used to identify the airbase ( AFB) the aircraft is originally operating from - that is the aircraft's 'home airbase'. In this article we list all the tailcodes that have ever been used by F-15E aircraft - not just the current ones, but the ones that once existed and were used.
We divide the article into chapters by tailcodes and with each teilcode we list a couple of data (wing, squadron, etc.). You will notice that the same tailcode may appear on the list more than once - this is because either more than quadron may use the same tailcode, plus the data belonging with the tailcode may have been changed in the past.
